Do New Year’s Resolutions Right

snow13Its that time of year again, when we all think about the year ahead of us and how we want to eat less sugar or, work out more. I definitely find myself going back to I want to live a healthier life every year, and I have to admit I do fall off the wagon like many in most of my resolutions. But I feel like each year I set many goals for myself, and try to stick to at least one.  Last year my biggest resolution was trying to eat a mostly vegetarian diet and I have definitely kept with that all year.  So this year my resolutions will be focused on living a healthier lifestyle. blue6It all starts with Thanksgiving, I think this time of year is best spent reflecting on things you are thankful for.  From the past year and years before, I love to kind of take a step back and take a look at what I’ve achieved and opportunities I’ve been given up to this point. As we spend time with loved ones and even have the opportunity to check more things off our bucket lists before the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017 its nice to give thanks for everything we have.
