4th of July Outfit Inspiration

I feel like I blinked and June was over, now it’s time for barbecues, fireworks, sun and good times.  The 4th of July is such a fun holiday to celebrate.  It always comes with so many laughs and great friends. Whether you’re spending it on the beach or in your backyard, these are the perfect styles for all of your Independence Day festivities.

Gingham

Gingham made a comeback last spring and summer and I think it’s still holding on, this is the perfect print for your backyard barbecue.  many pieces with this print come with very feminine ruffles and details, like this top which has such a sweet and feminine look.

Red

Cherry Red, to Red’s with coral undertones of course dressing in one of the 3 colors in the flag is a great choice to celebrate. A beautiful red dress is sure to turn heads anywhere you go.

White

White will always be the color of the summer, with a tan you can’t go wrong with a beautiful white dress.  A day at the beach or a dressing up for an evening event of watching fireworks you can’t go wrong with something white, just be careful of that ketchup!

Swimwear

If you’re lucky enough to live near a body of water like we are in Chicago, a day at the beach is a no-brainer for your afternoon activities. A classic one piece is the perfect option that will also double as a bodysuit for your evening activities.

Matching Sets

This is the season of sets, maxi skirts, shorts, and matching crop tops are such a staple this summer. I’m also a big fan of the culotte pants and bralette top sets, I think they are perfect in a stripe or polka dot print.
