As I mentioned in my last monthly favorites I’ve recently been really focused on my health and realized I should start taking daily vitamins to keep my body running at its best. So I decided to try out HUM Nutrition because I had heard a lot of good things about them.
I signed up for their monthly subscription but you can also order however you like from their site and Sephora even carries a few of their products if you don’t want to give them a try. In my box, I get Skinny Bird, Killer Nails, and Daily Cleanse but HUM has so different vitamins for all of your needs.
Skinny Bird was actually the first of their vitamins that I heard about and decided to do more research on. They call it their “all natural weight loss program.” It helps boost your metabolism, controls blood sugar and curbs stress eating which I think is my biggest issue. It really honestly has cut down on my snacking and I feel full faster when I eat.
Daily Cleanse is one they suggest for everyone I think. It’s said to rid your body and skin of toxins. It has 15 different detoxifying herbs like Spirulina, Red Clover, and Grape Root. I think this one really helps my overall daily health and how I feel.
Finally, I also use Killer Nails, my nails have always been incredibly brittle and short, Killer nails is all vegan biotin and I think has been helping my nails become stronger and split less. Plus, biotin is also really good for your hair and helps it also grow longer so this vitamin is a win-win!
If weight loss and nail growth aren’t what you’re looking for HUM has a ton of different vitamins for all your needs like Here Comes the Sun for your daily dose of vitamin D3, and Turn Time for Anti-Aging. HUM makes shake powders and vitamin packs to also boost your health. If you join their subscription plan it’s also really easy to change up what you order depending on your needs that particular month. I highly suggest checking out HUM if you feel like your lifestyle needs a little bit of a push. Also, if you use the code 11D31B you can get $10 off your first order!
