Welcome to a new series on my blog! I love pulling inspiration for my outfits from all over, Pinterest, tv shows I’m watching, movies, music videos and even celebrity street style. I think it’s so fun to hunt down the pieces they were as well as more affordable options to get the same kind of style. I also really love utilizing pieces I already own that can give me a similar look. If you could let me know what you think of this series and what styles you’d be interested to see. I would really appreciate it. And here we go!
For this look obviously, the statement is the amazing bell sleeves and over the knee boots. You know I love these boots, as I’ve mentioned them so many times, I started with my gray flat over the knee boots instead of hunting for a camel pair just like Emmas. So instead of going with a cream colored sweater I also decided to go with a gray style and I got this one for a pretty reasonable price from Bloomingdales. With a pair of black jeans and my favorite Warby Parker cat eye sunnies, I created this look with very little effort and I think it’s perfect for fall.
Next is this rocker street style look I’ve been really loving. It’s so simple and you can really make it your own so easily. Denim skirts were a huge hit this season and I really see them continuing into autumn, I picked up this one with buttons because I loved the A-line shape. I paired it with my Free People booties and a David Bowie t-shirt. What I love about this look is that you can really use the t-shirt to make it your own look. Throw on any band or distressed t-shirt you want and you’ll still have the same feel. Finally, I added my bomber leather jacket and Warby sunglasses to finish off the look.
This is probably my favorite look created. While looking for outfits to recreate I found that Emma really loves cropped jeans. I found these really cheap on ASOS and I surprisingly really loved them. So to recreate this look I also added this beautiful yellow floral top also from ASOS. I loved the color and how feminine it looked. I also added a cute pair of Mary Jane shoes I had in my closet and gold sunnies to finish it off.
Finally this comfy look I was really excited to recreate. As you know I LOVE my Brixton hat, I think this is seriously the hat of the year I think. I really love how comfortable and casual this look is, again I paired the cropped jeans, Emma, apparently loves with a slightly oversized white top I really love this look and I think it will be a great look for autumn.
